Heading into its second season of operation, Toronto Ballers Club is set to make a huge impression in the Toronto area. This outdoor men’s and women’s recreational league is the hottest thing growing in the city.
Co-founder Sean Huynh tells Ballers Network that the inspiration behind the conception of the Toronto Ballers Club was the lack of affordable basketball leagues in downtown Toronto. The “TBC” will be a hoop community where skilled basketball enthusiasts can come to work on their game at both competitive and recreational levels.
While Huynh acknowledges that basketball is alive and thriving in Toronto, and the TBC will help with its growth. “We are still just starting up, but I am confident that the basketball market is not only thriving, but has incredible growth potential,” says Huynh.
With jerseys, official referees and a great home court, TBC has quickly established itself as one of the prime leagues to be a part of in the T-Dot. To kick off the second season, the TBC will be launching and running its league through the Ballers Network Facebook Application - the world’s premier tool to organizing your basketball life. In Toronto theirs a place called the GTA that is all the cities around and including Toronto. One of the cities in the GTA is called the Brampton their Bantam rep team is very good and the ballers network should come check them out sometime. And that’s in Canada by the way.
